I don’t get it.
Are whales hunting humans? Did you like Orca then?
Haha. I might need a little explanation but I trust you. If you want to see it and it has nothing to do with Lord of the Rings, I’m with you.
Okay, apparently SOME explanation necessary:
Via Twitch (twitchfilm.net):
An epic tale about a group of whale watchers, whose ship breaks down and they get picked up by a whale fisher vessel. The Fishbillies on the vessel have just gone bust, and everything goes out of control.
It’s a cross between the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre and Blairwitch Project, combined with the dark and bloody humor of Evil Dead.
I don’t get that AT ALL from that poster. That’s a bad poster for conveying a snapshot of the story.
You’ll have to review it on here.
Also you know you can delete the “A” in your sidebar and it will switch back to categories. Just saying.
If it helps any, I got it right away. A horror movie from Iceland starring Icelandic people playing whale watchers stuck on a ship while they get killed?
Dude, I’m totally there.

Aww, see, I got it and I love it. :( It’s in post production right now, so I have no idea if we’ll even get a screening in Dallas.
Dude, I’m totally there.

Jason, you are my new best friend. :D This thing looks so awesome.
I thought this was going to be a Help-We’re-Stuck-Floating-In-The-Water-And-The-Sharks-Are-Coming! movie.
I will definitely watch Reykjavik Wale Watching Massacre: Hunting Humans in the Cold Icelandic Waters.
That better be the whole title.
Scott, I think it MIGHT be. Not sure. But on the plus side Gunnar Hansen (Leatherface) is in it!
No Björk? :(
Nope. No Bjork, man, I’m sorry. :/
Awww. She would’ve been so great as a killer whale. :(
Would her killer whale character sing?
If you call whatever the fuck she does ‘singing’, then yes.
Hey, come on now, stuff like “Army of Me” and “Hyperballad” are awesome songs, mister.
She still scares me. Even after Dancer in the Dark. But that made me more scared of Lars von Trier, that Danish psychopath.
Caitlin, I love that you can get almost twenty comments about Reykjavik Wale Watching Massacre: Hunting Humans in the Cold Icelandic Waters.
Hey, man, half of those are mine, Scott! And not just that, I don’t think I have half the readership you do.
And on a sidenote: WOOOOOOOO OBAMA!
