Note to Worst Movies Ever Winners: Your prizes still haven’t gone out because I’m waiting to hear back from two of you…
But I do have a movie to give away to anyone who wants it. No, it’s nothing super fancy, but you know, after all the arms discussion on the blog recently, I couldn’t resist picking this up at Target.

Ah yes, if you want a copy of Speed (“the whim of a madman!” Oh, Dennis Hopper), all you have to do is comment and someone will be drawn at random. Assuming, of course, that someone wants this.
(You’ll need to use a valid e-mail address in the box asking you for that, or else I can’t get in touch.)

Okay. *shrugs*
Comment.

Ooh! Great movie! Please consider me for your passing-on of this classic!

Absolutely not. Thank you though!
Sorry, I’m just kidding around, being an ass…but seriously, that movie is terrible.

SPEED IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE MOVIES OF ALL TIME.
Hush, you. :p
Caitlin, this is slightly off topic…
I have never seen “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg” but it’s at my local Borders for 50% off. Should I take the plunge and buy it? It will never be at a better price…
I vote yes, if it’s reasonable – like $15 or under. (I paid $25 for mine, and that was reasonable for me, but I can see how it would be unreasonable for others).
If you buy it and hate it, you can come beat me to a pulp. But it’s one of my favorite movies of all time! So I heartily recommend it.

Yes, I know…I know….
You know Joss Whedon wrote part of that script, right?

Oh, I know…I’ve been following that one for a few weeks now. I’m effing pumped. I’ll finally get to retire my VHS copy. Fred Dekker is the man.

Yes, Jacques Demy owes his entire success to Whedon.

*tinyvoice*I think Joss Whedon is grossly overrated.
Don’t tell anyone I said that. I don’t want his follows to stalk me.

I should’ve known.
