Ah, Nightmare on Elm Street. A great classic series, no?
In honor of the fact that I splurged bought the entire series on DVD, Monday, September 1st will start my Nightmare on Elm Street week, where I’ll review the entire series plus whatever else I can scrounge up on it.
Don’t like Freddy that much? Not a horror fan? Don’t worry, stick around – I’ll have other stuff up too.

Because nothing says scary quite like that freaktastic sweater.

1, 3 and New Nightmare are great. Especially the first and last. The rest are shite.
What makes A Nightmare on Elm Street and Wes Craven’s New Nightmare so good is the story and premise. Both are blindingly original. And it’s a real shame they’re remaking yet another horror movie. But having endured a Halloween remake, I know nothing is sacrosanct anymore.
I’ll be looking forward to reading these reviews.

The third is one of my favorite horror movies of all time, actually – so I agree. But I’m one of those freaky people who NEEDS to have the whole set. Because I’m weird.

I know. The amount of horror remakes in the pipeline is staggering and depressing…I don’t understand the point of remaking them because the originals are still scary. To me, at least.
I’ll be looking forward to reading these reviews.
Thanks!
Nothing says “awesome” like Dream Warriors.
Man, I love these movies so much.

Aside from 1 and 3 it’s been forever since I’ve seen them, so I’m looking forward to revisiting them.
Dream Warriors is made of awesome.
