District B-13 was so fun, artful, and, in my opinion, still pretty underrated.

This is so true. I loved District B-13 and thought it was fantabulous. More people should have seen it.

I have a feeling Taken could be a sleeper hit b/c the type of action in D B-13 would definitely sell with American audiences if it just had a bigger package.

If the studio can promote it correctly, then I think Taken definitely stands a chance of actually being a hit at the box office - but I don’t know how well they’ll do that.

Have you heard? They’re doing District B-14, the sequel to B-13. No word if Rafaelli and … the other dude (David…? His last name escapes me) are going to do it, though.

Ditto for me on Taken… Eagle Eye too, but especially Taken. District B-13 was so fun, artful, and, in my opinion, still pretty underrated.

Dude, it’s an epic period wartime romance western. It’s probably not gonna be as much of a free-for-all as Moulin Rouge! was, but FUCK THE ACADEMY it doesn’t win Cinematography. For the stunning, unworldly prettiness and women’s rights! Whee!!!
